COFFEE

Craft Roasted, Bourbon Barrel Aged Coffee

We roast our own coffee on our San Francisco coffee roaster, delivering consistent quality roasts for our coffee. Most of our coffee is aged in bourbon barrels before roasting, allowing the green coffee bean to absorb the bourbon and oak flavors within the barrel. We start all coffee products using quality coffee, which we sell in grocery stores, to restaurants, at our tasting locations. We also use our beans as the key ingredient into our cold brew recipe, which is the foundation of our popular nitro cold brew coffee. We use organic, fair trade certified coffee beans from locations around the world, including Peru, Ethiopia, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Burundi, and Honduras.

Cold Brew Coffee

Cold brew coffee is distinct from traditionally brewed coffee because the roasted coffee beans are never exposed to hot water. Instead, they are steeped in a tank of filtered water for up to 24 hours. The cold brew is less acidic and slightly stronger than traditional coffee. Our cold brew coffee is available in bottles and kegs for distribution.

Single Serve Pods

K-Cup and Nespresso compatible pods

Our roasting facility features machines for weighing, filling, and sealing single serve coffee pods that are compatible with Keurig and Nespresso OriginalLine machines, which you can find in grocery stores and at our retail locations.

Transformation To Nitro Coffee

Our favorite part of making cold brew is turning it into nitro coffee with the addition of nitrogen gas. We infuse nitrogen into the cold brew to bring out a natural sweetness and create a foamy texture in the beverage. This is our favorite, and we not make several variations of our nitro cold brew, using beans and blends from different regions to deliver a wider variety of flavor. We also have a specially brewed cold brew that we make inside freshly dumped bourbon barrels. We’re the first producer of cold brew and nitro coffee in the region, and are proud of our recipe. We hope you’ll stop by to try some!

FERMENTED

Kombucha

Kombucha is a fermented tea made with sugar, black tea, and probiotic bacteria. It is thought to originate in India or China, and has become popular in the modern era due to its probiotic benefits and refreshing fizziness with a hint of sourness. Kombucha is difficult to brew and takes nearly two weeks to complete each batch.

Jun

Jun is referred to as the champagne of kombucha. It uses a special scoby, and raw honey and green tea in place of sugar and black tea. This gives it a lighter and sweeter flavor, with a lower fermentation period. It is more expensive to produce and is often preferred to its kombucha cousin for its more refined taste. We flavor our Jun with raspberry lemonade.
